14. Random Flights and Flight Snapshots

Generate Random Flight Plan in the flight plan dialog builds a route between the departure and arrival airports you entered. Generate random flight in the plugin menu can also choose the destination from the enabled region pool.

The region checkboxes in Options control which airports are eligible for random selection. Review every generated plan before requesting clearance, especially airport ICAOs, cruise flight level, route, and IFR/VFR mode.

Flight Snapshots save and restore plugin flight context:

Plugins -> NextATC -> Flight Snapshots

Use a snapshot before a long taxi, before descent, before trying a different arrival runway, or before pausing a flight. The window provides numbered slots with Save, Load, and Clear buttons. A custom name is optional.

After loading a snapshot, wait a few seconds for X-Plane scenery, aircraft position, and airport data to settle before pressing the next ATC action.
